Meet the artist

Painted by hand, close to home.

Holly Davis is a Central Florida artist working out of a home studio in Deltona.

After military tours, Holly began painting freelance while attending school.

The years since went to murals, commission projects and teaching, while homeschooling Holly’s own children.

Natural scenery is the specialty: bold sunsets, wispy sunrises and the majesty of trees.

The work has been shown in solo exhibitions and hangs in clients’ homes across Central Florida.

One cafe wall in Sanford carries a 200 square foot steam train.

How a mural happens

Every mural starts as a blank wall.

We plan it with you, then Holly paints it by hand, on site. Here is how a wall goes from primer to finished.

  1. Send the wallText or email photos, rough measurements and any ideas you have.
  2. Sketch and colorsYou see a sketch and a color plan, and ask for changes until it feels right.
  3. Painting dayHolly sets up, covers the floor and paints the mural by hand.
  4. The revealWe walk the wall together and touch up anything you want adjusted.

What does Holly Davis Art do?

From a home studio in Deltona, FL, we offer hand-painted murals and commissioned paintings.

We also do art installations, art classes for kids and adults, and paint and sip parties.

Picture framing and art hanging are part of the work too.

Do you work with Step Up For Students?

Yes. We are a direct pay provider with Step Up For Students.

How do I get a quote for a mural?

Text or email a few photos of the wall with rough measurements and any ideas you have.

We reply with ideas and a quote, then share a sketch and colors before any paint goes on the wall.

Do you come to me?

Yes. Murals are painted on site, and framing and art hanging is a mobile service.

Classes run in our Deltona studio, on the road, online and one-on-one.

Which areas do you serve?

Deltona, DeBary, Orange City, DeLand, Sanford, Lake Mary and across Central Florida.

Commissions have traveled across several states.
